Good questions, answered.
A few things people often ask before we begin working together. If yours isn’t here, we’d love to hear it.
What is Triple Loop Learning?
Triple Loop Learning is the ability to critically and purposefully reflect on our own constructs of the world — the assumptions beneath how we act — and consciously choose a different response. It goes beyond correcting what we do, or questioning why we do it, to reshaping how we decide what matters in the first place. It’s the foundation of transformational, sustainable change. Do you work with individuals, teams or whole organisations?
All three. We offer bespoke coaching and training to individuals, teams and organisations, with programs tailored to the people involved and the outcomes they’re working towards.
How do we get started?
Every engagement begins with a conversation. We talk through what you’re really trying to achieve, identify the genuine need, and then partner with you to design a purposeful solution. You can reach us via the contact page or by email.
What does mindfulness training involve?
It’s evidence-based mind training that helps leaders and teams respond rather than react — building focus, clarity and resilience. We deliver it in partnership with Potential Project, a global research and leadership development firm whose approach is proven and research-backed. More on mindfulness →
Where are you based, and do you work remotely?
Triple Loop Consulting is based in Perth, Western Australia, and works with clients across Australia and beyond — both in person and remotely.
How long is a typical engagement?
It varies. Because every program is tailored, engagements range from a focused series of coaching sessions to longer team and organisational programs delivered over several months. We’ll recommend a shape that fits your goals during the first conversation.
What sectors have you worked in?
Jo has two decades of coaching and facilitation across diverse sectors, including resources and exploration, engineering services, the public sector, health, education, legal, finance, retail, and defence.
Still have a question?
We’re happy to talk it through — no obligation.
