Johanne is a dynamic executive leadership coach with a strategic focus on aligning organisational culture and values with mission-critical goals. Her approach is strength-based and solution-focused, leveraging the inherent wisdom and potential within individuals and teams to negotiate successful outcomes.
Her facilitation style centres on fostering introspection, stimulating new learning, and encouraging people to see the potential in themselves and others. Jo’s primary objective is to equip leaders and teams with the skills and knowledge to achieve results and drive their organisations forward sustainably.
With a robust academic background and deep practical experience, Jo completed a PhD researching mindfulness, wellbeing and authentic leadership — work recognised with two research awards. Her earlier career spanned marketing and public relations management, secondary education in Australia and the United Kingdom, and university lecturing, where she was recognised for exceptional teaching.
